I’ve decided to lay the MoP word count spreadsheet to rest. I didn’t use one for “How Burlmarr Saved the Unseen Protector” and there was a certain feeling of freedom that I believe allowed my creativity to flow better. I wasn’t under any pressure to hit that target goal of so-many-words-a-day. I was just writing.
The last two days of writing have been really enjoyable. I’m into the meat of the story, now. No more flashbacks to Ythnel’s past, and definitely more action than introspection on her part as well. It’s tough being at work when all I can think about is what happens next.
