Now that Neverwinter Nights has been out for four years, and official support for it has been dropped in favor of the upcoming release of a sequel, I’ve finally built a module.
You might be wondering why I’m messing around with an old computer game instead of writing, so let me explain. In March of this year, BioWare opened a new studio in Austin, Texas. I have wanted to work for this company since I started following development of Neverwinter Nights 5+ years ago. Several factors kept me from pursuing this desire, none the least of which was the fact they were located in Canada.
I’ve been watching the job postings for Austin, and saw openings for writer/designers. Things have finally settled down on the homefront enough for me to devote the last couple weeks to developing, designing and writing a short submission module. Before I send it off, however, I would appreciate some help in testing it for bugs and typos. The module requires both NWN expansions and the 1.67 patch. If you meet that criteria, download the module and email me with anything you find. Thanks.

Kameron,
Best of luck on your application to Bioware. If you don’t get enough critical feedback on your module, please let me know. I have access to a group of Neverwinter Nights enthusiasts that can be of assistance to you.
If you do need my assistance, I’ll just need some information regarding the length (playtime) of the module, and specific feedback you require.
Thanks.

I don’t have NWN, but I’ll see if anyone in my gaming clan does (yes, I’m a part of a gaming clan… Go ahead. Say it. GEEK! :))

I don’t have NWN myself, but I might be able to find some folks who do. . . . I’ll see if I can’t point folks your way.
Unrelated: in other news, I’m going to be down in the Portland/Vancouver ballpark this weekend (July 8th-9th), if you want to get together for coffee/tea or something, probably on the 8th?
Cheers
