I’ve been invited to participate in the Christian Science Fiction & Fantasy blog tour this week. For those unfamiliar with the term, a blog tour is a collection of blogs that post on the same subject–generally a book, film or other media-related topic–during the same period of time. This particular tour will be running July 24th (today) through July 26th (Wednesday). The subject is the website Christian Fandom, a “support” community for genre fans (science fiction, fantasy, horror and westerns) who identify themselves as Christians. My fellow bloggers on this tour include:
- Valerie Comer
- Beth Goddard
- Rebecca Grabill
- Leathel Grody
- Karen Hancock
- Elliot Hanowski
- Katie Hart
- Sherrie Hibbs
- Sharon Hinck
- Pamela James
- Tina Kulesa
- Shannon McNear
- Rebecca LeElla Miller
- Mirtika Schultz
- Stuart Stockton
- Steve Trower
- and the collaborative blog, Speculative Faith
On Tuesday and Wednesday, I will post an interview with Greg Slade, editor of the Fantasy section of Christian Fandom. Until then, check out the other blogs on the tour and browse the CF website.

Great post, Kameron. Cool that you got an interview with Greg Slade. I realized today that would have been a good add to the tour, so I’m thrilled you have one we can highlight.

Heh, when I emailed him about it over the weekend, I was afraid I might have been “scooped” because I waited too long. Fortunately, I didn’t have to scramble for another idea.
